Happened both at the start of my run and in the middle of it. The first time I tried resetting my loadout and it fixed itself. The second time happened when I reprinted my Cyber Specialist. No matter how much I messed with my loadout, all compute bars stayed at 0 levels.

you dont gain lvls in CC.... are you sure your not earning salvage?
your first image appears that youre not. but could just be a vissual glitch as your 2nd image shows you are or have earned salvage.

that was directly after i reprinted my cyber specialist
after that i was gaining 0, but the salvage i had earned from the past minute still counted to the average salvage/min

there might be a legit bug, but its not very likely...
if you think there was like i said the save file would help sylv most to try to recreate it
but in my experience, this devs done really well squashing real bugs and most of what people report are vissual or delayed issues as hes still working on optimization of code

i was able to recreate the bug by starting a new compute challenge then pressing the "optimize" button
