I want to have webapps available to be installed and managed in the Gnome Software Store. I use Brave and I want the webapps to be based on that. Is there any way I can do it? Actually I like how seamless it is to use webapps on Windows and Chrome OS and I want the same experience with Gnome.

Someone would need to add some Web App Manager to Gnome Software. That would be a lot of work I think.
I don't think the vanilla team will do that.
(But that's up to them)

If you use brave, you can click on the three lines on the right of the top bar, then go to More tools -> Create shortcut, then check "open in window" and click Ok
