I have installed PyCharm Community edition through the store. I then installed Python-TK or Tkinter through nix or apt and even TK through AUR without any success in PyCharm being able to locate it. Is there a way to get this going?

As a thought I installed pycharm through AUR as well, but that failed to launch resulting through some java error.

Flatpaks can't see the base system or any APX things. Your best bet would probably be to install PyCharm in APX alongside your plugins.

Good to know, if I enter the debian apx and install pycharm manually since snaps don't work yet and there is no official repository for pycharm, is there a way to get it's entry added in the menu?
