#Implement "Reset to Factory Settings"

One of the biggest problems with the Linux desktop (including Vanilla OS) is that there is no convenient way to reset settings without reinstalling. iOS, macOS, Android and Windows have had a feature to reset settings and preferences for a long time, so we should implement our own solution.

This is beneficial for those who have a buggy setup and would want to restart nearly from scratch, without needing to get themselves a Vanilla OS ISO, flash it and reinstall. This is also useful for users who would want to reset their device to give it to someone else, as well.

For that I suggest the following: Add an option in GNOME Settings to allow resetting their system.

Reset to Factory would be nice + a reset config like garuda has to reset any user changes. For Gnome would be like extensions, options , tweaks etc that are more of a visual thing.
