It's hard to discuss without swearing. There are many ways you can insult and hurt people without swearing, so there's no point in censoring common swear words. As long as ableist terms, like the N word aren't allowed, then it should be fine.

The admins are the only one with mod perms, which means if they're offline there is no moderator online

And both admins are really busy with work so automod is the only moderation we have most of the time :(

It was never banned, It was just that the bot would send you a warning in DM. I don't know if it still exists

The only way to disarm the bomb was to type in a racial slur.
AI told the engineer to kill himself. When asked about the aftermath it crashed.
