admittedly python installations confuse TF out of me despite having done a handful over the last year or so. it does appear that i have 3.11 installed. any tips for rolling back?

install python 3.10, make sure 'add python.exe to PATH' is checked. that should be all you need to do
the invokeai installer will then find that version (hopefully)
