utf-8 codec ca't decode byte in position 5525: invalid start byte

Hi everyone!

I was using Invoke Ai since days and this afternoon, while i'm was waiting for a rendering, I got the information that Invoke Ai was disconnected. Since then, impossible to launch again the soft, the invoke.bat window close before anything.

I successfully got a print screen but I'm waaaay too noob to understand what the UnicodeDecodeError means 😅

Easy to follow explanations would be welcome.

Thanks in advance to anyone who has the patience and kindness to help me. English is not my first language, sorry for any mistakes.

Okay guys, no more worries. I completely uninstalled Invoke AI and Python and then did a clean install of all that and now it works just like before.

and how to make a clean deletion?

I've simply deleted the C:\Users\user\invokeai folder (default installation) and then rebooted, checked with CCleaner, then re-installed all the needed tools (Invoke AI + Python)
