Then unpack and run invoke.bat. We made a directory reorganization between 2.2.3 and 2.2.4 which the original update script wasn't prepared for. The release notes will provide additional context: https://github.com/invoke-ai/InvokeAI/releases/tag/v2.2.4

You mean run install.bat I guess ? There is no invoke.bat in the zip file. I've the same issue 🙂
