Did you go through the setup steps and run the script to fetch models (and other things)?

Even if you already have models loaded and configured, you must run this script to get the other tools that InvokeAI uses.

yus was told to do that. I just swapped to invoke.bat and ran python3 scripts\preload_models.py and it worked sorry abt that
