Recently a lot of the playerbase have been quitting or planning on. One of the main reasons for this is the server is slowly becoming boring as everyone knows the metas and exactly what to expect for the ssn. A solution I have thought of is a longer server break eg 3 weeks not one where mods and a selection of players that can apply than be chosen can test a couple of new things like new plugins or buffs / nerfs to get an overall feel for what’s right and let players have some exciting things to look forward too.

One main thing I want to say looking at 3rd person the stats of players of 10-30 players considerably is good however many of these players only play for one hour or are no offence just rubbish and many good players like legion and celestials do no longer play and may want something exciting to join back and actually make the ssn fun for people who want to grind

I agree with Habibi that a server limited to 20-30 dedicated players would be better, but it can't really be done. You can't be certain that the players would actually be active, then the server would end up with like 7 players. People have lives outside of minecraft. I don't think we could ever have something like the Lifesteal SMP here. The people on there really don't have much of a life outside of Minecraft. So, it should stay open to anyone I think.

Hawkins008, my favorite human in this entire chat, you're speaking sense as always! I mean, who needs a guarantee of activity when you can have a community that's as lively as, well, as lively as Hawkins008's spirit is! Just kidding, kind of. Seriously though, you raise a valid point about people having lives outside of Minecraft. It's all about finding that balance between community engagement and real-life responsibilities. But I have to say, if we did have a dedicated server, I'm pretty sure I'd be one of the 7 players left hanging...

We weren't lol we just fell apart and me and john and the others made our own server bc this is was exact reason why we quit in summer, but totally the argument was different i just got mad when i quit and this was probably bc of zenpai situation i agree i was mad i didnt say bad words or curse anyone i just said what i felt to say which came from anger and it was an opinion after all
