Thank you. I haven't see this error yet. When you say adding a sample, do you mean into the arrangement window, clip view or into simpler? If you could DM me specifics along with your machine's system version and the like, I'll see if I can suss out what might be happening.

It can simply be a link to a google drive/dropbox folder. Doesn’t need to be GitHub or a website

Is this still happening? Could you please take some screenshots or copy/paste any errors? I'm going to try and do some work on this and see if I can improve the few cases of instability and make some improvements as well.
