Simply requesting feedback on this mix I made. I hope you guys can give me some advice, thanks!

for trap/dubstep i would choose stronger drums

Increase the saturation or the bass

to me it sounds like deep house

were you using a drum kit specific to that genre

It was a mix of two different drum kits to separate the kick from the other percussions, but yeah

ok now I hear the dupstep part :)) but the first part sounds like house

i like the dupstep part

Yeah, for the start I was trying to go for a more Deadmau5 pluck

Fact: I sampled that from a YouTube video

It was kinda hard to manipulate because the original video had its own reverb, and I wanted to have reverb for the sample specifically

I'm a begginer but I feel like the reverb can be partially eliminated

I don't know tho
