wait i js realised that the problem im having rn isnt anything to do with ableton, i gotta figure it out with novation since its a novation product not an ableton product

at least now i have live 12 lite as well now

turns out that wasnt the serial number but the bundle code

the real serial number is supposed to be on the back of it but its long gone by now
