I was thinking it could be nice to have nationality roles (like 🇫🇷 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 etc.) so members can connect more easily with people from their country.
With these roles, we could also have language-specific general chats — for example:
• 🇫🇷 #general-fr for French speakers
• 🇬🇧 #general-en for English speakers
It might make conversations smoother and help the community feel more connected across regions.

Hey @velvet crescent, thanks for the suggestion! This is on our radar, but we need to find solutions for a couple of things: how to moderate non-English languages and which languages we should support.

Oh yes, that's good, I hadn't thought of that. I think that for moderation, you can find some little helpers once you know who is of which nationality, and for languages, at worst, you can do a survey or post a message on Google Forum to ask who wants what ?
