As the move is much more presets driven than say, the push, or standalone Live, it would be nice to have an ableton-sanctioned library of community provided presets. There would of course need to be copyright concerns with samples, but it would be great for a centralized place to browse and download new presets.
This could take the form of a web library browsable from ableton.com or linked from the move web UI, or even browsable from the device itself.

Would be great to be able to preview the presets before downloading. I like this idea. Maybe there could be a handy link to the library within move manager itself

yes, there are already third party sites like https://www.presetpatch.com/synth/ableton-move#filter etc that can host move presets, but given the nature of the device, I think an ableton-hosted -sanctioned (and -integrated) library could make sense too
