I have never seen this in over a decade of using Live, so this is truly interesting.

I would immediately run sfc scannow and chkdsk /scan. I would reboot and check Event Viewer for anything weird. I would make sure my graphics drivers and Windows updates were current.

This looks like a graphics driver related issue to be honest. If this were happening to me, I would be installing the latest graphics drivers.

What happens if you change "zoom" in the Live settings to 99% or 101%?
