I would immediately run sfc scannow and chkdsk /scan. I would reboot and check Event Viewer for anything weird. I would make sure my graphics drivers and Windows updates were current.

Are you using an hdmi cable? When does this happen / what is context? It’s like that on boot?

Unfortunately, I am not a Windows expert so I can’t assist you forward. I’d open a ticket so tech support can investigate the issue further and file a bug if necessary

This looks like a graphics driver related issue to be honest. If this were happening to me, I would be installing the latest graphics drivers.

Can you post your graphics settings from the Live settings menu? Do you have scaling turned on? And are you using HiDPI mode?

Any Windows scaling?
What happens if you change "zoom" in the Live settings to 99% or 101%?
