Select fields to query

Hello 👋

I’m having an issue here I store large text content inside convex along with some metadata.

My issue is that sometimes I only need the metadata and the query fails because of the huge size of the texts.

How can I only query some fields?

Sounds like you should consider splitting this up into two tables. you could have one metadata table that just holds the metadata

That's what I considered doing but I'm quite baffled that there is no smarter way to do this...
