As per request, this is my version of an "All-Out" Budget M16, using really good attachments such as Free Float Handguard, Triangle Grip, Tan Carbine Stock, suppressor and a 4x scope.
The gun bursts really fast, almost automatic speed yet the recoil is marginal. Pair it with the sniper barrel's ultra high firepower, it really makes A1s more powerful and reliable.
But in my opinion, even a toned down M16 build still functions really well like this one i usually use. It works in any map and for any engagement (CQC-Mid & somewhat long range). Try it out in the shooting range and see for yourself.

For a 120k budget, you could go for an L.Barrel build using 4x ACOG, Compact Grip, Polymer Pistol Grip, FA Gen 2 Stock and an AR-15 Muzzle.
-# The 4x ACOG can be changed for a 1/4x scope if you dislike the triangle reticle.
This build is good for nearly any ranges, minus extreme long distances because it's not using the extended barrel. It shoots comfortably, scopes in fast and shouldn't give you any trouble at melting the enemy.

For approx 65k koen, you can use an Ar57 build like this:
Collapsable Lightweight Stock
Compact Grip
4x Scope
And Polymer Pistol Grip
The gun itself is quite pricey so you can't really mod it for cheap. These mods aimed towards giving the gun recoil control while increasing its ergonomic stat so you can ADS faster and shoot longer before your arm stamina depletes.
If you want, u can change the stock to Lightweight Carbine Stock for more recoil stats & hipfire stats.
I do need to warn you that the build doesn't come with a 50rnd magazine because it's very pricey so you ought to have another 30rnd magazine in your rig or a 50rnd if you would like to purchase one.
The Ar57 is good for CQC & Medium Range combat thanks to its fast RPM and stable recoil. The only downside of this gun is that the ammo it uses (5.7x28mm) doesn't have much pen and is very costly to fire so make your shots count. But you can also use flesh rounds if that's more of your style.
Recommended ammo: T0 R37.F 5,7x28mm or T4 SS190 or Faction T4 SS190A1 5,7x28mm or T5 SS198 5.7x28mm if you really have the budget for this ammo.

For a sniper kit, i'd recommend 2 guns

1. The SJ16
   Compact (1x5) and deadly thanks to .338 AP. It's more managable than the Ar-30 in my honest opinion. I went with the modernized stock since the increased ergonomic is much welcomed, helping you to scope in faster for that decisive and precise shot. I don't recommend the 10rnd magazine because it turns the SJ16 into a 2x5, as big as the Ar-10 so 5rnd magazine is enough.
   Recommedned ammo: T6 .338 Ap

2. The Ax-50
   The infamous 1-shot wonder sniper/AMR. The gun can kill someone instantly should the round penetrate the armor or a headshot because 12.7x99mm M2 has the damage and penetration to eviscerate anything. I don't think the gun needs the precision stock for that extra 2 ergonomic while being 20k more expensive than the regular quick-aim stock.
   The reason why i didn't pick the 10rnd mag is because you only need 1 precise shot to kill your target, the bigger magazine reduces ur ergonomic and the ammo is quite expensive, coming at 2600 koen/round so make ur shots count.
   Ammo: 12.7x99mm M2

   For the Ax-50, i'd recommend you to search for the gun itself in the marketplace because it's cheaper to buy there + you can avoid the 10% tax for quick building.

For a sidearm if things got too close, use a G18C with a 50rnd magazine loaded with either T0 9x19mm DumDums or T4 9x19mm 7N31s. Honestly you really need good situational awareness + game sense to know when to push/retreat/relocate after each shots. That's also the reason why i didn't gave these builds a suppressor: they're way too pricey, makes the gun longer and lowers the ergonomic by a noticeable amount.
P:S: Depending on which map you're using, you should change the scope to be more suitable for said map, like a 1/6x or 2/7x or 20x if you're playing Mines.

Based of @drifting oxide's Ak74n build a bit, u could go for this build. For around 25k, u can have a build that has good recoil stats for CQC & Medium Range thx to the usage of Composite Handguard, Alloy grip, Tactical Rear Stock & Special Flash Suppressor.

Lazer on a DMR isn't a necessity since you seldom have to be in extreme CQC range for u to hipfire with the gun
1/4x scope works though you wouldn't be able to fully utilize the gun effective range. Using 1/6x or 2/7x will mitigate that handicap.
I'd use a Collapsable Ltwt Stock or a Tan Ltwt Stock for the increased ergo like how Mentor @velvet mango mentioned.
The last one is just a nitpick but i'd use the Polymer AR Pistol Grip for good ergo stats than that one.

It has medium firing power and 600 rpm which is good for the price

Scar-L L.Barrel lends itself well to nearly any map minus the extremely big map called Mines.
If you want to have good ergos (though without having to spend for the most expensive pistol grip) then go with Polymer AR Pistol Grip. For scope then the 1/6x or the 2/7x on a 30mm base will be good enough for the gun. Going 16x or 20x is a big stretch.

Here's two builds. One is a Ak74N that comes around 56k and the other is an M4 reaching 80k. Both are good all though the AK kicks less. If you want cheap but good ammo I would suggest using 5.45x 39 pp and 5.56x45 M855 respectively

For a MDR with the budget of 50k, you can build something like this thanks to the sudden price drop for MDRs. You can attach a vertical grip, AR-15 muzzle, a 60rnd magazine and a 1/4 scope. If you want you can add in a lazer and/or a UV Flashlight.
If you would like to use other scopes with good magnification then you can use a 1/6x or a 2/7x scope on the 30mm base or the 4x ACOG.
For a gun like this, it's much cheaper and better than an M4 at the same price range.

A stock gun but with the best bullet can kill basically anyone if you can master the recoil. But not everybody can do that, thus they need some sort of modifications to aid/assist them in doing so.
If whatever you use works then nobody would be able to argue with you, others might still need a grip or scope or muzzle to help them doing that. That's all

If you're extremely confident that you can kill someone instantly with a single shot, M24. Highest ergonomic out of those 3 and has the furthest range out of those 3.
Cons: if u miss that 1 shot, you won't get that chance again or you die to them
If u aren't confident with just a single shot and would like to shoot again in case of whiffing up, then M110 exist. Throwing 7,62x51mm semi-automatically is a privilege.
But if u are rich and just like to shoot at a general direction? Mk14, because fully automatic 7,62x51mm can't go wrong either

I couldn't give you a short barrel one because short barrel is literally difficult to control now. This is the closest thing I can give you, you can change the stock to the FAL special stock to decrease the budget by a lot. This build is 60K btw.

The LR-DMR1 isnt really a mod friendly gun since you can only change the muzzle and attach scopes,attachments and grip but here's a build for your Solo Deathmatch.
With some of the best attachments that you can possibly give it: 3.5x compact, tilt grip and cheek rest to increase the ergonomic and recoil stats, this gun is deadly in any ranges. Sure you could get the suppressor if you want but it's 30k, quite pricey. Or if the scope is too expensive for you, you can swap it for a 1/6x or 2/7x or an ATECR 1/3/7x for only 10k. Lazers and/or flashlight can be mounted if you wish to have them on your gun.
The gun shoots very confortavly, responsive and easy to maintain the recoil.

Here's an M16 build build for TvFz
Since 5.56x45mm struggles to penetrate and deal damage, i went with a sniper barrel to increase the firepower to Ultra High to buff the rounds.
The suppressor and 4x scope sort of lowers the ergonomic so i picked AR Load handguard and Polymer Pistol Grip to increase the ergonomics and recoil stat of the gun. It shoots comfortably and scopes in well. I went with the Vertical Grip but you can change it to your personal likings. The AR Navy Stock is there since +25% creep walking speed is useful but if you don't need it then the Tan Carbine Lightweight Stock will also work well with this gun. Lastly, lazers and flashlights can be added if you need them.

Here's a long H4 build for NR. Assuming it's for the Gold Drop NR, the build is modified for long range engagements while maintaining that high ergonomic so you can ADS quickly.
Imo, 2/7x is a good enough scope for this gun considering it's NR but you can swap to 1/6x or ACETR 1/3/7x or Alpha 3 1/6x or any higher powered scope if you want to.

For ~110k, you can mod the gun to have a good scope, cheek rest & triangle grip to make it responsive when you scope in and shoot automatically without much problem. You can add lazers and/or flashlights if you want on this build.
If you have the extra cash to spare, you can drop 30k on the muzzle and get the suppressor.

General Purposes/Bots: Tier 4 5.8×42 DBP10

F2000 isn't really a modify friendly gun but it is a very reliable gun that is more affordable now. You can give it a better handguard to install a grip, a 1/4x scope and a suppressor for a gun that excels well from CQC to Medium range fights.

For 45k, there are great contenders such as Ace31, T951, MDR but my personal pick would be an M16.
Don't let the lack of auto firing mode fool you, the 3rnd burst shoots rlly fast, it is almost as if you were firing an H4 but with Ultra High firepower with the Sniper Barrel; giving you 111 meters of effective range and actually makes A1 reliable.
Recoil stat is no problem because it is easy to manage. The only thing you'd have to be aware of is the ergonomic since you do want to keep it high so you can ADS quick enough to react to danger or precisive shots.
You can add attachments such as lazers or flashlights if you wish to.

If you're looking for a gun w/ good ergonomic, look no further to the Lr-Ar2.
This gun is so good, you only need to give it a cheek rest and a 4x ACOG (or any scope of your choice).
This gun is an H4 but better & cheaper. Good stats despite stock, uber high ergonomics allowing you to react basically immediately and reliable ammo.
The only downside is that it only has a 30rnd mag or a niche 75rnd 2x2 mag if you're winning to run w/ it.

M.Fal has a more noticable damage than S.Fal. not just recoil stats and ergo increase.
From 25m meters, the S.Fal using M80 struggle 1 tap through a KSS2 Helmet that has Meidum Structure Strength. It does 37, which should've killed the target because head hp is 37,but they dont die. Require a 2nd shot.
Meanwhile M.Fal does 40 dmg against KSS2 using M80, easily killing the target with a 1 tap.

But since An94 has never been this cheap, it's a waste to not use them aswell.
For ~50k koen, you can modify your An94 to be a better AK74N. Despite the lower recoil and ergo stat, it has much superior accuracy, range and firepower, allowing you to kill your target with ease. (If you're up for the challenge, the An94 also works well as a pseudo-DMR is you use the 4/10x PSPU scope.)

It is a good build though it can be made for cheaper while still as effective
For scope, u could swap it out for a 4x acog scope or 1/6x scope on a 30mm base or a simple 553 Holo scope if you only plan to go CQC with it instead of engaging targets from Medium-Longer ranges.
For magazine, size it down to the regular 30rnd magazine. 40rnd magazine costs 10 times as a 30rnd which is a steep price increase just for 10 more rounds.
The muzzle is fine though you could get AKM Stable Flash Suppressor instead for 1k cheaper.
Note: You could swap out the plastic handguard for the extended handguard if you feel like the gun feels too sluggish because of the ergonomic penalty for using a high-powered scope.

Well honestly me I just go with a stock lrar1 costing 45-50k and a 1-6x scope costing 8-10k, if you have high sense you can control the spray on 6x relatively easy without attachments, for my kit I'd use a T4 rig new costing 33-30k and a med field bag costing around 10k now (all due to loot run) for the helmet if you are looking to increase your kit value to get into entry bring a T5 deaf helmet slightly used, the helmet costs around 9k and mask 3k yet it puts your kit value up 27k saving you 15k and for ammo I'd use faction dvp10 T4
