This M4 costed 96,000 koens with those attachments which is debatably expensive. But this would actually be effective for long ranged combat. Though my only comment here is the grip and stock, as they can be improved .
Here's my take, which costs <70,000 koens but the barrel has been changed to a medium one. This one I think would work well on all three ranges and that I changed the stock to be slightly better ( code: efAarwgPk4 )
You can go with that loadout you sent however, mine is just a suggestion as yours is already good enough (just change the stock to a Carbine Lightweight at least in my opinion)

Here's an H4 build. It's the cheapest modification I can make while still making it a decent build at best. You can change the scope and muzzle all you want as it's optional. (efAarwgP14) Another gun to use that has the same caliber is the F2000 as it's cheap and you don't need any modifications for it. Though if you want, here's the one I commonly use. Though, using it's base form is already enough (efAarwgPk4)

Here’s a VSS build, the VSS is a short range shredder so it’s perfect for maps like Armory and TV station. It shoots subsonic rounds 9x39 so getting close to your opponent is important otherwise you may be out gunned due to range since the bullets are slow.

I recommend t4/t5 bullets when running this gun as always. T4 bullets if your broke, or half a magazine of t5 bullets and half a magazine of t4 bullets. If you’re rich then you can use a full magazine of t5 bullets.

1. The AUG
   This is almost the same configuration like Kurt's Aug in TvFz, but with a lazer and flashlight. This is a very compact and deadly 5.56x45mm firing gun thanks to its ultra high firepower and good recoil stat.
   Recommended ammo: M855A1s/Faction APs/M995s
2. The Fal
   This is the bog standard meta Fal with the configuration to increase recoil control for this gun: tilt, ar-10 muzzle, srds, flashlight, comfortable fal grip and industrial stock + pad alongside the handguard that increases recoil stat.

Here's my take on the best MPX build. Ultilizing the Large/Extended Barrel to have Ultra High firepower, this MPX has attachments like tilt grip,green lazer,a supressor and 3x holo scope to make CQC & mid range engagements easier. Since this gun doesn't recoil much at all, i opted for the AR Navy Stock instead of Industrial Carbine Stock w/ Pad since +50% Creep Speed is an underated buff that allows you to travel around in secrecy.

With that, you can go either AR-30 or SJ-16
Both fires .338 AP but AR-30 has better RPM while SJ-16 has slightly better ergonomic.
The mod is quite simple since you only need a suppressor and a scope for both snipers. I wouldn't recommend getting the bigger magazine since it reduces the ergonomic even more and you only need 1 good shot with it.
Recommeded ammo: .338 AP but some .338 FMJ also works against tier 5 and below targets if u want to save a few koens, but if u want to make sure each shot almost guarantees a kill then go with .338 AP.

ABMH here is an MPX build that i use often whever i run farm, port, armory, and tv, i chose the ergonomic handguard because the recoil for this build is already incredibly easy to control, and i added the sneak stock to move more quickly undetected, it can engage in all ranges, it’s around 150k-160k, but i dont know the actual price as i have some attachments owned

An AEK for sniping would be quite difficult since the recoil is harsher than 5.55 guns like MDR, M4, H4, Aug, F2000 so i wouldn't recommend using a 1/6x or 2/7x with an AEK but you can use it if you wish to try.
I would recommend a 4x and below for the AEK though, with 2 builds like this:

Here’s a CPW for 45k, this one is a bit expensive because the suppressor is expensive but it offers good recoil control.

I’d recommend t4/t5 ammo. If you want to use the faction t4 ammo that’s highly recommended. But to get the faction ammo your gonna have to play a few rounds of faction wars or complete weekly’s.

The VSS is a CQC demon with good recoil stats, fast RPM and superb hipfire. You can use it in 2 ways (or combine it into one)
Build 1 is used for ADS CQC while build 2 is solely relying on hipfiring. Each build has its own ups and downs but if u want the best of both then you can go with mentor BasicAlbanian's build.
My concernz would be the very expensive magazine cost, a pricey gun to own & mod and the extremely slow round velocity so do not take this to mid to long range sniping since these rounds have the aerodynamic of a brick. Use SP6, 7N9 or 7N12s with this build.

The SIG Sauer MCX Rattler (The one in game) is one double edge sword in my opinion, because it has low recoil, you have to center your crosshairs with it, punishing if you don't know how to aim properly, but rewarding in the sense that is an absolute laser beam, being one of the only automatic weapons to reach Mini14 levels of recoil control
Ammo suggested: M855, A1, M995/ HP (if you wanna munch legs)
Keep in mind this is the worst AR in terms of range, so CQB ONLY!

Here’s the VSS I built. This VSS is great for hipfiring and it’s a beast up close against those t5-t6 players.

I strongly recommend either a 30 round magazine or a 50 round magazine depending on your budget. Don’t use the 20 rounder because the VSS munches on bullets

I also recommend you use t4-t5 ammo when using the VSS as always. And for those who don’t want to use a full magazine of t5 bullets use half t4 ammo and half t5 ammo.

This is the best one I could make, for a decent price of 69k this gun will shred at close range. It has godly recoil comparable to the MCX and it takes the deadly 5.7 bullet.

   A shotgun that can hold 16 rounds (14 in mag, 2 in chamber) that has the potential to 2 tap a player down if ur Type 8 Buckshot hits. The gun also needs mininal modification, honestly you just need a scope and you can use it already though having a muzzle helps it a bit. You can ADS or Hipfire with this gun.

   The cheapest build is also a shotgun. You can grab a stock one, and give it a 20rnd magazine and that's all you need for this gun. Just load Type 8 Buckshots and hipfire at ur enemy's legs.

For a fal around that budget price, you can make a S.Fal for CQC like this.
By using the short barrel, AR-10 muzzle, Special Stock, Quad Rail handguard with alloy grip and Triangle scope on a base. The result would be a 50/46 Fal with decent ergonomic. The recoil will still be quite hefty so i advise you to give it a solid mimute or two of testing at the firing range. Once you understand the recoil/bullet pattern, it'll be a deadly CQC Fal in ur hand.
For ammo recommendation: Stick with T4 M80 rounds for everything but if u want to be safe, bring a few rounds of T5 M62s for those unexpected tier 5/6 players.

For the Lr-Ar1 Mission, the high powered optic/scope requirement would incentives you to use something like an 3.5x or 4x ACOG or the 1/4x scope if u want. Or even the sniper scopes such as 1/6x or 2/7x on a 30mm base.
Though, the gun is superbly expensive to the point a stock gun in the marketplace is 80k.
I'll provide you a toned down version that's "budget" yet still functional for the Lr-Ar1.
Change the barrel to the Ar2 barrel, you'll have less effective range and accuracy but you'll have more recoil control and ergonomic. Give it a 4x acog scope (or your personal favorite), the gun cheek rest, lazer and/or the faction UV Light.
This build costs approx 85k which is still expensive for thiz minimal modification but it still works. If you want then you can drop 15-20k for the better handguard to attach a grip.
I'd recommend using T4 DVP88 to do ur missions or bring some T5 DVC12 against heavier targets.

You could try for these 3 guns: the Ace31, T03 & MDR
All 3 of these gun shares the same attachments: Tilt Grip, 1/4x Scope and the best muzzle that isn't a suppressor.
You could also add a lazer and/or the UV Flashlight for these gun builds.
For the Ace31, it's the slowest firing out of these 3 builds but also because of that, you can comfortably control the recoil. 7,62x39mm alongside High firepower punches very hard, makes it penetrate armor reliably and hurts them more.

The MDR is a commonly found gun in TVS or from Armory's Weaponry room. Despite not being as modifiable as the M4, it has better accuracy, recoil and ergonomic, which allows it to use high power optic scopes much more efficiently than the M4 such as 1/6x or 2/7x scopes. You can easily control the recoil compared to an M4 modified to have the same stat as the MDR.
It's biggest drawback is the caliber it uses: 5,56x45mm which has been indirectly nerfed due to the armor buff in s9.

The T03 has gotten slightly cheaper due to the hype of the Lr-Ar1/2 guns, but the gun itself is still a very solid 5.8x42mm gun. You can compare it to the Ace31 build, it shoots faster at the cost of less damage/penetration due to caliber size differences. The T03 also has a special niche of being able to put the scope on the handguard instead of on the dust cover, so u can use high powered optics on the handguard and still have a cleae visiom instead of being tunnel visioned.
Recommended ammo:
Ace31: T4 BPz and/or T5 APs 7,62x39mm
MDR: T4 A1s and/or T5 M995s 5,56x45mm
T03: T4 DVP88s and/or T5 DVC12s 5,8x42mm

Personally, i would recommend the Ace31 since the tier 5 bullet is extremely cheap yet effective compared to M995s and DVC12s.

For S12K Hipfiring build, you only need to give it a 20rnd magazine and load Type 8 Buckshots.
Done.
You really don't need to modify it any further since all you will be doing is be at extreme CQC range and hipfire at someone's legs. If you really want to mod it a bit more then get an improved handguard that allows you to use a lazer and maybe a cheap grip, that's all you need.
No need for fancy S12K with Carbine Stock or a scope because, you are hipfiring it.

ABMH this is the budget 5.45x39mm AN-94 requested for armory, i recommend using this 4x PSO scope its cheapest medium magnification scope for this weapon but if you wanted more priority to close range engagement you can replace it with the 1x magnification OKP-7 reflex sight, the rail handguard is used with front grip to increase the recoil control over medium distance, if your using the 30 round magazine i recommend using AN-94 dedicated magazine that comes with viewing window to see how much bullets is left in the magazine but the AK-74 30 round magazine is cheaper for budget uses. this gun cost about 60k in the gunsmith, i recommend using this ammo for different mode:
T3 PP or T4 BP/BT for normal zone
T4 BP/BT for lockdown zones
T4 BT or T5 BS for forbidden zones

The cheapest possible LR-AR1 for the High Power Optic build would be
A stock Lr-Ar1 but uses Lr-Ar2 barrel and handguard. Yes you'll be sacrificing -5 accuracy and -10 total effective range, bringing it down to 120m of effective range, but for an AR that is still plenty of range to work with + u get 5 extra ergonomics. The cheapest high powrr optic would be the 4x ACOG scope but the 1/6x and 2/7x can be very cheap at certain times aswell.
This build is the cheapest you can go to complete the missions requirement, which is still rather expensive at around 80k for this build.
You can attach a lazer and/or a UV Light if u wish since it doesn't cost much yet having a flashlight truly helps a lot of the time.
Use T4 DVP88 for general purposes and maybe have a magazine of T5 DVC12 in case of tougher opponents.

For the generic meta Fal that pro players like Purumi or Bellatrix uses, they usually go all in on the gun and ammo. Using the most expensive attachment they could go for.
For Purumi, her fal goes for Ltwt Vertical Grip, Fal Adapter with Carbine Stock & Pad, 7,62x51mm Multi-Port Flash Suppressor, Perforated Handguard, Flashlight, Comfortable Fal Grip, 50rnd magazine and SRDS Scope.
They chooses 7,62x51mm Multi-Port because the priority is ergonomic.
For Bellatrix on the other hand, their build is a bit more generic: by using Quad-rail Standard Handguard, Tilt Grip instead of Ltwt Vertical Grip but they do use the premium red buffer tube & AR-10 Muzzle Flash Everything else is the same.
These builds has very high recoil control stats for a Fal build and because of that, it'z extremely pricey aswell.
Should u run builds like these, you should also use M62 or M61 ammos to shoot at players, u can use M80s for bots.

The 4x allows you to pick off enemies at distance, while the 1x top sight allows you to be able to fight close, the tan carbine stock increases hipfire accuracy, with tilt foregrip for the ergonomics. Use a 60 rounder of BP for long lasting fights and a 30 rounder of bs for long range shooting because of its high accuracy.

For an M14 build with the new performance stock, you can use an extended barrel for increase effective range, mk14 suppressor for suppressed shots or u can swap it out for AR-10 if you prefer recoil stats over silenced shots, triangle grip for better recoil control and also a bit of ergonomic stats and a 2/7x scope. The scope can be changed to a 1/6x or a bigger scope if you're going to Valley, Northridge or Mine instead.
Recommended bullet: M80 for multi purposes, M62/61s for armored targets.

For a short fal build, this is quite basic and budget-ish while still being controlable.
With 30rnd magazine, you can use M80s for most of your fights while maybe having emergency M62s for tougher opponents.

Meanwhile for a VSS build, it is a very expensive gun but the stock version itself is usabke because of very low recoil stat and ease of usage. But, only use it for CQC because it has pathetic effective range stats.
The only modification you need for it is having a 30rnd magazine and a side-mounted scope so u can ADS.
Recommended ammo: SP6 or 7N9 ammo for most of the time. These rounds have really bad bullet velocity so do not snipe with this gun.

For a sniper build, you can pick:

1. The M24 build that really high ergonomic that allows you to ADS faster and hold ur aim longer before your arm stamina drains. Fitted with a suppressor, modernized stock, polymer pistol grip and a 2/7x scope. It'll be easy for you to aim well with it although it requires you to land headshots more often to 1shot a player or else you'd neef a second shot.
   Build cost: approx 48k
   Recommended ammo: T5 M62 or T6 M61 7,62x51mm.

2. The Mosin Nagant with the modernized stock that gives it slightly better ergonomic than its stock counterpart. Despite the low ergonomic, 7,62x54mm punches hard and and they're pleasantly cheap to use. Also uses 2/7x scope, the gun can support a grip,suppressor and attachments if you wish to add on such as a lazer and flashlight.

3. AR-30.
Now you can use either the AR-30 or the SJ16 depending on which one is cheaper at the moment. Both uses the devastating .338 caliber rounds that can 1 shot in the body quite well as long as the round can penetrate. I picked AR-30 in this scenario since it has a rather higher RPM than the SJ16. It's quite pricey so the best thing you can give it is either some cheek rest and gun pad or a suppressor for concealment. This gun has rather poor ergonomic so ADS-ing will be quite sluggish so take ur time and aim well before you fire.

For a budget CQC RPK, i cant really say that it's budget since it's 80k but hey.. it works fine.
It's a stock RPK-16 but with some changes such as:
Changing the Carbine Industrial Stock to a Tan Carbine for budgeting while still providing good recoil control stats, swapping out the pistol grip with AK Industrial to increase the ergonomic a lot more. For scope choice here,i've went with the 553 Holo scope since it has a good optic and only has -2 ergo penalty while being pairly cheap. You can swap this out for a triangle scope or investing an extra 10k for the 4x ACOG scope if u want to deal with enemies at any ranges.
The dedicated RPK muzzle is one of the best so we dont need to change that and lastly i chose the vertical grip since it provides the same stat as a triangular grip but for half of the cost.
Recommended ammo: T4 5,45x39mm BP or Faction BT rounds. Maybe have a 30rnd of T5 BS rounds for emergency if ur enemies are heavily armored.

With that budget, i'll give you 3 recommendation:

1. The Ace31
   This humble gun is the cheapest build out of these 3 but is still very good. With low recoil and damaging round, this gun can easily melt enemy's armor and kill them with ease. The only downside is the regular round only carries 30rnd while the 40rnd magazine is an odd 1x3 space magazine or the 75rnd magazine which is a 2x2 space magazine so unless u have using those magazine, you'd need to make ur shots count.

2. The F2000
   This once exotic and rare gun is now available en masse and affordable at the same time. It doesn't need that much modification (since it can't to begin with...) but this gun is a straight upgrade compared to the M4 & MDR. With fast fire rate, the unique creep walking speed stat & low recoil, the ammo spamming capability of this gun shouldn't be underestimated. Since it can hold 50rnds, chipping down enemy's armor can be done with ease even with A1s.

   Recommended ammo: T4 5,56x45mm A1s, T5 5,56x45mm M995s or even T0 5,56x45mm HPs (yes it can use leg meta round quite decently)

3. Lr-Ar2
   The newly added gun that is competiting well in the gun meta ranks, this gun shoots like an H4 but punches harder than an H4 because it uses 5,8x42mm which is a better round than 5,56x45mm. Despite it being more affordable than an H4, it is still very expensive due to the improved parts are very pricey. Most of the build uses 1/4x scope and tilt grip but for the Lr-Ar2, the 4x ACOG is fine (mostly because i am trying to keep the cost not over 100k). With 100m of range, it works literally like an H4 with extended barrel, which gives you the flexibility to fight in quite a lot of ranges but with better reliability with penetrating armor and actually doing damage.

If you want a budget yet effective AR, i'd like to recommend you the Ace31.
It's an AR that shoots 7,62x39mm with High firepower (when u are using the extended barrel). It may look small but do not underestimate its power in the hands of a player who can tame it.
The recoil is fairly managable for a gun with such firepower. The rate of fire is decent and it has good ergonomic and range for CQC and Medium range.
If you have a bit more budget then you can modify this gun to have a better rear stock and a better scope, something like a 3x holo or a 4x ACOG.
Only downside is that it can only hold 30rnd, there's an odd 1x3 size 40rnd mag and 2x2 size 75rnd mag so. Unless u are using those niche magazines, make ur shots count.

I'd recommend this, something budget enough while still functional for an M.Fal with a suppressor.
Since an S.Fal with a suppressor would have rather harsh recoil issue, i opted for the standard/M.Barrel instead, it has better overral stats for the cost of some ergonomic. The build itself is standard for a budget build, quad-rail handguard, special stock, vertical grip instead of alloy for better recoil stat, comfortable fal grip, Mk14 suppressor for the mission and 553 Holo Scope. You could add in a lazer and/or an UV Flashlight on the gun if you want to.
Since the build makes it as long as a L.Fal, you need to be extra cautious if you are trying to push or hold an angle because the gun might fold due to the angle you're holding, folded by the surrounding envirnment or folded if someone rushes straight at you.

For a budget M14 build for Valley, you can opt for this build instead.
Go with the Angel stock, there are an abundance of them, good upgrade compared to the basic stock while being cheap. You can use for the extended barrel or not, depending on your choice. It's a 6k invest for better effective range,recoil stats and accuracy at the cost of some ergonomic.
Muzzle, the best option is the Mk14 suppressor to make your shots a bit more silenced.
For grip wise, you won't really need somethinf fancy, an Alloy grip or a Lightweight Front Grip will do (not the expensive 17k one).
You generally dont need an attachment for this gun but if u rlly need it, then u can attach a lazer or a UV Flashlight in case your fights are in CQC distances (which as an M14 player, u dont want that to happen).

I'll suggest those who would want to learn how to control a Fal's recoil with this build. It's almost a 50/50 recoil build, which makes the gun's recoil isn't as harsh, good enough for you to learn its recoil pattern.
Try using it in the firing range for 5-10 minutes before bringing it to an actual raid map. U can change the scope/sight to ur own personal preference.

With that budget, you could try an M4 build like this.
The standard barrel allows u to shoot at 91m maximum so there won't be any difficulty if you shoot at ur desired range (40-70m). It's not worth it to use the shorter barrel as it will decrease a lot of stats and turns ur gun from having high firepower to low, which is bad. This build with a 4x ACOG should allow you to comfortably engage in CQC & Mid-Range engagements.

Elo mentors, somebody asked for opinions on their build and I decided to help em, their criteria were they wanted to be able to snipe at least around 75m and be decent at close ranges if stuff goes south

This was the build I was presented with and my recommendation, I'd like to ask for your opinions on my recommendation to them
(they did move on with the alien scope since they felt 4x was too much to do cqc and too small for range due to their small screen size)

I'd say... the 1/6x Alpha3 scope is quite extreme but for Mid-Long and CQC, it's good
But using the Mk14 like a DMR, you might aswell use an M110
The Mk14 shines well with scopes like 1/4x scope, 3.5x Compact Scope, 4x ACOG (rarely), 1/6x Alpha3 & SRDS if u are building it for CQC mainly.
Suppressor is a good option but for those who can't control the recoil then advise them to use the AR-10 muzzle.
Grip, its their option but might aswell use the best u want since you'e invested 60-70k for the special stock just to attach a grip.
And magazine, 30rnders are good enough already
Maybe a 50rnd if u need to take care of NPCs

Like I said I was gonna give them a 4x scope at first but they said it was hard seeing players with the small screen, so they went with the Alpha 3, since they're going to be sniping sniping I gave them the supressor instead of a muzzle, otherwise I'd go for recoil build as well, for the grip since it's a sniping build I gave the angled because it gives +3 ergo while being cheap compared to tilted and skeleton grip

Quite of a tight budget to work with considering how high in demand Fal and its accessories are.
I went with an M.Fal build since due to the recent 7,62x51mm dmg nerf, Short Fal might not 1-shot a player in the head due to dmg reduction.
The build isn't too special, it's a budget Fal that has a tolerable recoil due to being an M.Fal instead of being an S.Fal.
Even with trying to be as budget as i could, this build still surpass at ~60k so i suggest you to buy the attachments from the marketplace beforehand to avoid the 10% add on tax for quick building.

For a 50k Ace31 build, you can give it the extended barrel, which ups the firepower from Medium to High and effective range to 105m, making it very good at penetrating armor while being easy to control at full auto. If you can invest in an extra 10k then you could give it a 3x holo or a 4x ACOG to give yourself more flexibility during gunfights. But even without a high-power optic, this gun is still very comfortable to use in CQC.
Plus note: this gun is very compact since it only takes 1x4 if u take the magazine off and fold the stock so it's tetris friendly.
Load 7,62x39mm BP or AP and you'll be able to kill enemies with ease.

If someone build a weapon that is fairly usable in TV station? I’m not going to be using expensive ammunition, so possibly Purple Ammunitions, I would mainly go close to long range so preferably a weapon with either Classic Holographic Scope, 553 Holographic Sight, or Simple Red Dot Sight.
