This is the first time it happens to me and not only adds up to my record so i get double the fine next time, it points out they are too lazy too look through my battle history and see i had a decent winning streak which is where all that koen comes from.

That sounds like you are an aggressive player!
Sometimes taking the charge and face your enemies head on, or chase them is nice, but not always…
I’d advise you to be more laidback a bit if you insist on going FBZ even with 22 losses, avoid gunfights, focus on looting stuffs first to slowly regain your losses, keep it steady and don’t really rush it, and most importantly, know when to run away or fight(flight-or-fight) when you see one, if you are in a bad situation, enemy has high tier gears and is probably experienced or both of them, just take your chances and run away!Better go home empty handed than dying straight up.
Use a sniper rifle with high penetration or maybe a nimble assault rifle to conduct hit-and-run tactics, works really well in a solo confrontation even with a sniper rifle.
If you get enough loot, maybe 300k or more, please just run away, if you got a high loot value, don’t waste your time looting any other containers on the run, it will stall you down and give the enemy time and opportunity they can seize to take your loot for themselves.
Or else, try to use T3-T4 gears with T3 ammo instead in Lockdown/Normal zone
Lower risk, lower cost, but still always good chance to net high profit.
Or use your Covert Ops cards, mainly the normal zone cards, or lockdown cards(I don’t really recommend Fbz card because it’s really expensive and honestly? It is just not worth it at all.)
Do naked runs, do seasonal challenges, sell archive collectibles(they have a stable and unchanging price)for koens, weekly missions( reset every Thursday), exchange your leftover points from military supplies for koens and many more…
You can make money and regain your losses in many ways, good luck!

ABMH: If you are expecting AP/A1 to shoot enemy legs. Then just use the HP ammo which is technically 5.56 dumdums. Also M995 is better because in NR gold loot drops you gonna fight a lot of T6s or thermal user which most of the time they don't rush. They just peek or shoot from high ground which makes them harder to kill if you are using HP or only T4 bullets.

Most of the time, you better sell of the guns by separating its parts as parts itself is more expensive than the whole gun itself as most players buy and modify guns through the Gunsmith.

Tip: Buy pre-built guns from the Market, they're cheaper than what they are in the Gunsmith (tax). This goes the same for buying attachments (although can be tedious bc of it takes a long time).
