T4 Armor and T4 helmet and for the gun i use SVDS with 1/6× scope or 4/16× for better view

Use suppressor and the newest stock for SVDS to get better performance and use the lightweight or tilt foregrip.

Here is the example on how to play SVDS in Armory forbidden (my location was detected by them so I chose to defend)

Other suggestions would be lr ar 1 with an x4 acog scope no other modifications at all and t4 armor
But generally fz is not recommended at least for spam

Its simple, infact its relatively easy if you know how to. You just need to focus on surviving. Thats it. Also avoid playing with high end gear, only do so if you want to have fun in high end gear and accepting the fact that it can be lost at any time. The best way to gain koen is by playing coverts. Sure it gets boring overtime but you don't lose anything with a big profit potential. Or alternatively, use cheap gear, if you cant wait the 15m cooldown on coverts.

Yes it does (kinda). While some barrel have same firepower (Medium and small barrel are high), their bonus damage is different.

Long barrel: Ultra High +10
Medium Barrel: High +7
Small: High +5
XS: Pretty High +3
Integrated Suppresor: Medium +2

Up to small barrel you can knockdown enemy with 6 shot (no additional damage spread reduction from PK).

Usually it takes 7-8 shots anyway because almost every enemy use PK that give reduction on damage spread from broken body parts.

What t5 you use depends really on what the gun you'll be using, playstyle being used and map being played, some armor options also rely on you having an actual team.

926 and bt6 are likely the best t5 atm for chest but for helmets it will just boil down to either the matzka, d3 or the an95 but matzka is questionable for solo queueing.

the Samurai series or that one green t5 that has the brown version should work well for budget builds, sh50 could work but no headset and no t5 visor is a big trade off

But considering bt6 price it might just be better to get a damaged 6b45

I don't have enough experience with armored rigs to give you substantiated recommendations but my from little experience from it wouldn't recommend it
