If you want to store more items while looting then yes it’s worth it. I always try to maximize my haul so I pick up rigs if possible. If the rigs are damaged and can’t be sold, I just use them in raids in the future because t5 is still t5.

In general don't get yourself trapped in that room and if they start nading you from the cyberpunk bar side just go back and exit through the door that's close to the stairs and either run away or camp stairs or even go first floor backstage area if you want to hide but generally they don't rush that room alot but if you get trapped in it you gonna get nadded and the best solution is to run through stairs and camp it or run and jump from the broken wall going towards the backstage area

For example, if you don't want to sacrifice too much movement, go with the Spartan B or the SEK Fortress (though I prefer the former)
But if you want better protection, go with the heavier ones like the 6B23 Body Armor but your movement will be reduced by a margin.

The LR-DMR is much more preferred in this situation. It offers better stats than the H416 but it's only downside is it's long barrel colliding through walls often when you're near it. Its bullets (5.8x42 DVC12) also outperform the 5.56x45 M995 rounds by a lot too.

Any advice for a slightly experienced operator? Im trying to get over my fear of losing things, and also the fear of bringing better gear like t5 armor or t5 bullets into Raids.

I frequently play TDM and TVs, and im sort of happy with what I can do. My main obstacle would be how much of a cheapskate I could be when it comes to actually bringing gear into raids. Its the primary reason that leads to a failure, and also the Ammo.

ABMH some tips for your inquiry; to get over your fear of losing gear, you have to accept the fact that losing is a part of the game and is needed to improve, you might even learn something from it, especially in game with the best gear or skill in this game you wont win all the time. you should start by using full T4 armor and ammunition in all of your kits, the medium cost and medium risk of using T4 gear and accepting that you are ready to lose it should make you more comfortable, i would actually advise against playing secure ops since you never experience losing your gear regardless of the outcome of raids in this mode.

if your not already doing it, start investing in high tier ammo, it might be expensive but strong ammo is essential for taking down heavily geared enemies. even if you think it wont, in the long run it always pays off; going cheap on ammo can get you killed and make you lose your entire kit for the raid.

when your ready to move up from tier 4 gear in raids you can start by loading your magazines partially or fully with T5 ammunition, then bring T4 ammo in reserves; if you die early in game youll only lose the T5 ammo that you didnt use, if you died later in game you will hopefully have used all the T5 ammo and therefore wont be lost in raid (given to enemies), which reduces losses but still carries a higher risk that you can get more comfortable with over time.

for medical supplies, you can definitely go cheap with them, in season 10 all medkits can treat wounds and surgical kits no longer have hydration and permanent max HP reductions, using the standard first aid kits with simple surgical packs can get the job done as long as you have enough of them. some medkits that are inexpensive but slightly better than the standard first aid kit are the 926 rapid first aid kit, and the E3 first aid kit that have treatment speeds 1.5x and 1.7x faster respectively.

upgrading to a higher cost first aid kit will offer a faster treatment speed, and carry more durability per medkit, however these larger medkits have a slower enable time, meaning it takes longer for the medkit to actually start healing you and restoring health to body parts. in an intense combat situation where mere seconds can change the course of the raid this would be something worth an investment although its not as important as ammunition.

unfortunately the damage spread reduction that comes from all painkillers is mostly negligible, and only makes a minor difference when hit with high damage ammunition at unprotected body parts, so you can also buy cheap painkillers. i recommend using the PK energy, it costs under 1000 koens each, lasts for 240 seconds (4 minutes) and does not reduce any hydration from usage. since the adrenaline feature already exists but only gives 20 seconds of sedation with a 10 minute cooldown, the only use of the painkiller would be to provide extended sedation, allowing you to run on broken legs and not be affected by pain from broken limbs. also if you manage to come across the injury killer experimental stimulant in raid, make sure to use it since these will give you a stronger damage spread reduction than any painkiller in game and last for the entire duration of the raid

Use one shot kill guns like ar30 or sj with t4 armor or use broken t6 with s12k or leg meta guns in general

ABMH some good ways to learn the TV station map is playing the normal mode a lot, its much more relaxed than lockdown or forbidden zone so you can learn where the spawns are and where to proceed from them, there are many spawns that are extremely close to opposing teams, knowing what to expect from start to finish is crucial for excelling in TV station

It just depends on what you feel like doing or how much you wanna spend on a raid

FZ matches are very tough these days, playing solo is never gonna get you a good raid in most situation, i suggest you play with a team of friends that you know, do some planning and what they will do once they drop in raid

If you do decide to play alone/with randoms in FZ, or even with friends, if you lose like 2 matches or you felt like you lost too much, take a break to think of what you done wrong, don't keep playing or even worse: rage spending (buying more expensive gear).

With the right time, usage of your storage and some help from your friends, fz will be more rewarding.

The harsh truth is that they don't have the obligation to revive a player because it's random matchmaking.
I would've suggest you to not show them that you got a red but then, the game just automatically displays itself once you put a red item in your case or bag and then exit the looting.
You can try reporting them with griefing and throwing (and maybe stealing loot).
Had this been a teamkill on purpose that was caused directly by them, you would've had the option to not allow them to loot your body. But since you got downed by something else (i dont know much about the context from your recording), loot prevention was not active.

Yes and no, it's gonna be good for mid-long ranges like down the corridors or the central area. Not so much when you're trying to push choke points with this thing

Yes the Mk14 is good for aggressive playstyle in TvFz since it is just much better than S.Fal in this season.
But the gun itself is much bulkier and longer so unless you are using the standard M14 barrel, the extended barrel might give you some trouble. Holding corners or tight angles would need more room than S.Fal just like what @void kraken but it's much more reliable than Fal nowadays.

At 25m, S.Fal needs 2 shot to kill from a headahot while M.Fal doesn't struggle with that

It is certainly a good way to practice for multiple scenarios compared to constantly fighting in Deathmatch's map rotation. So it is worth it so long as you learn something from each fight

Joint operations is excellent for training your skills and training on weapons especially using low tier ammo against higher tier armor which will make you better

Training on fast reactions in tdm is actually good too

Just playing raids normally like you do using high gear and rushing fearlessly will help you improve too but it might cost you gear so joint operations is great for training lots of enemies and if you die you don't lose equipment just don't bring expensive meds and ammo on you because it will be lost if you die
