it's not about the loadout it's about how you use it
These loadouts are very very heavy and will be a big disadvantage if you get caught in the open with this on so be careful
The left loadout will make you almost deaf and you won't be able to hear anyone around you

Be careful of rng too and don't push too much because if you meet an enemy using high t ammo your done for and carful with your legs so you don't get leg metad

ABMH to avoid getting spotted while holding corners you should generally avoid high traffic areas ans places you usually died from previously, so basically don't repeat your mistakes, and don't go somewhere with a safe unless you are the first to reach to it or you are 100% sure you wont get spotted there

It is still the best round for automatic firing guns like the Mk14 & FN Fal.
For M110, it's still a good round for long range sniping but you'll probably need more than 1 shot to kill somebody after a headshot because of the reduced base damage + armor structure that reduces the taken damage. The damage drop off and inconsistent reliability is really noticable on Short Fal builds because of the low firepower than makes 7,62x51mm struggles more than usual.

ABMH: For less ear deaf helmet and better protection. I recommend the RSP tier 5 helmet. It has less sound blocking than the poor melon one and it can actually tanking something while the price isn't too expensive for a T5 helmet.

ABMH: This kit would only be decent to play in TV lockdown, paired with dumdums, since for any other map you need a gun with longer range, accuracy, better ammo and a proper scope. The deafening helmet is a L because you barely can hear people slow walking, or rushers (they gotta be fairly close). Hope it helps!

abmh this kit is pretty decent for a map like tv ld or tv op but wont fair well outside of those two maps due to the mp5s low base range and the that helmets incompatibility with headsets and moderate hearing lost, I'd suggest pairing that up with stun nades, dum dums and hearing stims

However against some heavyier models it will problems trying to pen it as 54 usually won't do much against most T5 armour because they ALL had durability over 54. Best here is either use a larger round like 338 FMJ or heavy 12.7 and if these are not your reference option then you need patience and wait until you got a possible headshot
