ABMH considering a stock Mk14 goes for around 80k lets see if its worth to complete the trade, the best scenario cost breakdown for the items required to craft it is about 10k each for steel pipe (60k), about 5k each for lcd (20k), about 3k each for military compass (15k), so even with the cheapest price you end up spending almost 100k for a stock unmodded Mk14. however if you already owned partial materials, looted them, or they contain operation supply tag you can buy the rest of the materials for the trade to obtain Mk14 and remove those materials from your storage.

making this trade would not be worth the price if you sold the weapon to the market, you would make a negative profit, i recommend selling the items required for this trade instead of trading them for Mk14, selling the barter materials on the market will net you much more profit

ABMH the 9x39mm Groza with 730 RPM is a pretty good weapon for close and medium range engagements, it uses high firepower, has decent stats all around and the recoil is not so bad, although it lacks a lot of modification slots and customizability, using the SP5 ammunition in TV station lockdown isnt bad strategy, due to the high base damage of this ammo type it can be used for armor penetration or leg meta eliminations if the enemy is using high tier equipment, since the bullet is fairly cheap and versatile its a good combination to use instead of VSS with SP5

VSS has a faster rate of fire, but lower firing power and its high capacity magazines are extremely expensive

a fully kitted out ace31 with long barrel in fz tvs is pretty good
It costs like 80k if u go full out and u can reduce it to 50k or 60k without major loss in performance
I recommend reddot with it and t4 ammo plus a mag with t5 ammo on top

For the armor you could use worn armor and repair it after u get it until it gets to like 30 dura

I recommend m4 armored t5 rig and it's brother the m3
The m4 protects you until it's last bit of dura it's good and worn ones are 50k~60k
For the helmet you can do 56k the pilot helmet or you can go any deaf helmet but I don't recommend it

ABMH i recommend using 7.62x51mm M110 to snipe enemies instead of the Mk14 while using the 4x/15x magnification scope, while it does have a much slower rate of fire and is only semi automatic, the M110 offers higher accuracy and effective range stats which can be further increased by using the extended barrel weapon modification, the recoil and ergonomics can be easily adjusted to preference and the overall costs for M110 are significantly cheaper than Mk14

ABMH realistically you want a weapon that has a good balance of both, or having one variable strengthened depending on what you want to accomplish, since too much focus on the fire rate leads to having a short ranged weapon such as G18C, P90, Vector 45, and weapons with the best accuracy are mostly limited to sniper rifles, a good comparison is the 7.62x39mm AEK vs ACE31:
the AEK has 800 RPM, medium firing power, lower accuracy, lower effective range, and exponentially worse recoil at greater distances
the ACE31 has 650 RPM, high firing power, higher accuracy, higher effective range, and the recoil isnt as bad to handle

over medium and long distances within the effective range the ACE31 would be more efficient, over short distances and up close combat the AEK would be more efficient

ABMH : usually some gun with high fire rate will have high recoil but it's only happen for some gun with high caliber ammo.

Suomi for example have really crazy fire rate but the recoil is kinda low and the gun is also cheap.

The better version of this is MPX it can reach 100 recoil control with proper attachment and the range is really good for SMG, the extended barrel also help it with high accuracy and range boost making it good for medium range. (Best part is that you can use dum dum to leg meta someone from far away)

A high rpm with low accuracy is best suited for smgs and leg meta but very bad far range

Low rpm and high accuracy is mostly dmrs or guns like scar and m16 etc. which give u low recoil and good accuracy but r bad in cqc

ABMH: Random or depend on your objectives. If the mission need you to kill. Kill as it says but in normal raid. If you aren't PVP craze or killing enemy spawn early raid then you actually don't even have to kill anyone. Just kill the annoying bots on the way or enemies that are going to shoot you. You can wipe the entire map if you wish to do that
