ABMH some good guns and ammo for budget include this 5.7x28mm seasonal supply weapon Banshee with 750 RPM, its a good weapon in close range as well and cheap budget since the entire gun costs season tokens and not koens only need to pay for standard attachments, just use the season supply ammunition SS190A1 with this weapon if your on a low budget its still very good as a T4 ammo, the normal ammunition is very expensive and costly. the another good budget weapon is the 7.62x39mm ACE31 with 650 RPM, this weapon performs well in close and medium range and is greatly enhanced by using the extended barrel that costs about 5k koens, this attachment raises the firepower from medium to high and increases accuracy and effective range of the weapon, the ammo for this caliber is fair price and pretty strong with the T4 BP costing about 400 koens each and the T5 AP costing about 1000 koens each, minor downside is the 50 round magazine is not usable with ACE31 meaning you will have to deal with small magazine capacity or use the extended 40 round magazine but using a proper chest rig since the magazines are sized 3x1. the other good budget weapon is 5.45x39mm AK-74N with 600 RPM, the weapon is cheap to build and modify and good close to medium range, but its a low tier weapon in arena breakout and some stats like accuracy and ergonomics are low so the performance is not as good, but you can make it work by using the season supply ammo BT for free with this gun or use the market ammunition BP that cost about 300 koens each the ammunition is still strong in the gun and effective at eliminating T4 enemies, if you have a bigger budget i recommend upgrading to using a budget AN-94 or AK12, the total build cost about 10-20k more but the weapon benefits is worth much more just by spending some extra money

Learn the spawns of the map, they'll most likely be rushed as soon as the game starts so avoid them.

If your goal is to hunt for the golden airdrop, find a good position to hide so you can camp/snipe, you need a lot of patience for that moment to rat them out with your sneaky strikr. Or you can wait for the aftermath to end so u can loot the remainings that the sweeper team didn't loot, that's called scavenger runs. If you aren't hunting for the golden airdrop then try going for locked rooms but be warned they are also unsafe to be in, that includes: 201 Motel Room, Main Guest Room & Master Bedroom. The stable warehouse poses as a unique threat location since it is a camping spot aswell so throw in several stun nades or GHOs inside there if you feel like there's someone inside.

Proceed the game with caution, try to hug the border of the map and not be in plain sights without any concealment or cover, if forced/in a bad position then throw smokes to give you concealment and don't run in a straight line, zig-zag as you should to turn yourself into a harder target to be shot at.

The free safe infront of motel and at barn also poses as a threat since the barn is a hotspot for campers and there aren't any cover for u to loot the motel safe that easily, approach these with cautions. The free motel safe can be smoked to give you temporary concealment but it won't save you from thermals or grenade spams.
