ABMH some best guns for rushing and also good for defeating enemies well include the 9x39mm VSS with 850 RPM, it is one of the most effective close combat weapons that can eliminate enemy players fast, for normal and lockdown zones i recommend using 7N9 with tier 4 penetration, it costs about 500 koens each in the market and can eliminate T4 armored players easily, with lesser chances at eliminating T5 and T6 players, the high armor penetration of 7N9 combined with the extremely fast fire rate of this weapon makes it a great choice for lower difficulty game modes, for forbidden zone i recommend using 7N12 with T5 penetration, it costs about 1100 koens each in the market, despite being T5 this ammo packs a punch that can deliver fatal damage even to T6 armored players, do not use 20 round magazines and buy at least one 30 or 50 round magazine for this weapon, it is very much necessary since the gun fires fast.

other great option for rushing included the 5.7x28mm seasonal supply weapon Banshee with 750 RPM, paired with high penetration ammunition this weapon proves to be a solid choice in close ranges, even with 40 effective range stat listed the weapon remains fairly powerful beyond 40m, Banshee boasts high firepower and extremely high recoil stats similar to 5.56x45mm MCX and does not need any additional modifications to reduce the recoil since its very easy to control. for normal and lockdown zones i recommend using the seasonal supply ammunition SS190A1 with T4 penetration or SS190, they can kill players with tier 4 gear with a chance of T5 player eliminations, for forbidden zones i recommend using SS198 with T5 penetration, even with its expensive price costing about 1500 koens per round it is a strong and reliable round in close quarters

for alternate choice not costing season tokens, the 5.7x28mm P90 with 1000 RPM is a viable weapon for close ranges, make sure to use the extended barrel with this weapon to reach high firepower for additional strength in raid

ABMH to overcome being scared especially when queueing with randoms in forbidden zone, you can disable the automatch option since sometimes they can be loud and you think it is a burden to have extra teammates, or you can just let them play the match themselves, dont rely on them at any point in the match since they will probably let you get killed. getting some teammates or friends to join and help you is the best way to get some assistance in raid, make sure your using sufficient ammo at the very least to kill those heavily geared operators, armor is less important in the forbidden zone since most players are using the best ammo anyways, you can use bare minimum kits to fit the 80k requirement for some extra practice in specialized forbidden zone mechanics, but for map knowledge practice no need for FZ just play the secure ops for TV station

in personal opinion i think the lockdown team elimination is severely unbalanced compared to the normal counterpart, the "tank" loadout in lockdown that consists of SH M2 helmet, BN30 full body armor with leg armor and lightly modified M249 with 100 round magazines of T2 FMJ is not only extremely difficult to defeat, but can only be killed easily using the FAL with M62, less effective but decent methods of killing these players include the P90 with R37.F, USAS-12 with Type 8 Buckshot. even the VSS with 7N9 struggles to kill these players since the VSS is only equipped with 20 round magazines.

in comparison, the "tank" loadout in normal 4v4 that consists of 6B4 helmet, SEK Fortress armor, and lightly modified RPK with 60 round magazines of T1 PRS with the addition of gun shield, is much easier to defeat and can easily die to almost all of the other weapons, the most effective method to eliminate them is using the MP5 with dumdums, other slightly less effective methods include the AK-74N with PP, T951 with DBP87, FAL/M14 with BPZ, etc.
