I suggest bringing more stuns and lethals. Drop the tear gasses. And you probably only need one self revive.
You also want your lethals to be in your rig before non-lethals.

ABMH: Imo, this is an overkill overbudget kit for LD Farm, though if you want to use it, go ahead. Albeit i'd recommend you using it in Armoury or TV Station than Farm.
But: You only need 1 Self Revive, 1 Gas Grenade is enough, place ur offensive grenades in the rig, u could make space by putting the TSM Kit in the bag instead, unless u plan to throw nades immediately, keep a 1x2 space so that ur mag doesnt go to ur rig when you reload. Ur strength stim can be placed in the bag instead to make space for something else more universally useful like another grenade or stamina/endurance stim. Get a few more energy nom nom or taurine drinks.
And well,since you've went all out for that kit, give ur AR57 a suppressor aswell, that's all.

I advise turning back to lockdown as it has less risk of dying frequently, but if you want to.

If you want to make tons of profit in the FZ, dumdums and buckshots are your friend.

For your weapon, you can use mp5s, vectors, or usas. But I recommend vector for it's sneaking speed.
You can use armor penetrating ammunition but it will not be very profitable.

The best way to profit is mostly ratting, so it is best to be slow and steady. Patience is required for this.

Just in-case, bring grenades. If high gear enemies are being wise and not showing their legs, grenades are your last resort

Handling Koen... The classic newbie problem. They spent their very limited koen on high tier guns and armor whilst they lack the skill to handle and recover if they lost the kit.

Heres the thing, always avoid buying tier 6 armors and also always buy things only when you need it. Keep in mind your Koen count, it's not infinite.

Play on lower tier weapons and armor first and most importantly learn the game mechanics first and also learn the map. Get used to the map and use the environment to your advantage.

Play on coverts if you are on a losing streak. Always focus on gaining instead of PvP or fighting when you are in covert (unless you want to learn how to fight that is).

Try to focus on surviving each raid, remember if you extracted this will also means you spending less on replacing your raid supplies. It is way better to replace your ammo and meds each raid than replacing your entire kit.

It's better than nothing, it's T3 armor it won't protect you much against players but it will certainly protect you from bots. Also always treat yourself like you are not wearing any armor, since armor isn't here to protect you for long but instead gives you the time to react. Even the T6 armor can be useless if you decide to tank incoming lead and not move to cover.

It's decent. It will protect you against T4 and below, like any armor though it won't last long in a fight especially when it's a helmet and your face is the most vulnerable part. The main disadvantage of it is the low sound blocking, which means you can be vulnerable against players who sneak to you. And also your hearing is less far.

ABMH : handling koen for newbie i suggest you some tips:

1. Focus on expanding the storage first especially buy some boxes from the 2nd contact he always sell expansion box that reset every week.

2. Always check on Deke usually it resets every 6 hour, just check on the timer to see the time left of each trade. Deke usually offers a lot of good stuff in cheap prices, you can buy the items from him and resell it to market to get profit.

3. Play coverts daily, maybe just play 1 or 2 match just for fun and prevent you from burn out. No koen cost on this mode so you can play it as much as you can. If you extract everything is yours, if you're lucky enough you might find a player killed by bots or you can kill a player by yourself. (First video)

4. Play tactical ops with low gear, just play with shotgun M870 from joel it cost 2000 koen only and use Type8 for the ammo. As for the armor just use T3 or T4. (Second video)

the lwt vert can be replaced by tilt to move your left arm hitbox to your chest,preventing you from being 2 tapped

ABMH best kit roll from forbidden kit in my opinion is suppressed M110 with M80, M24 with M62, SVDS with 7BT1, or AEK with BP, i recommend using some other gun with high rate of fire and good valued ammo such as ace31 or mpx, unless you have lots of kit coupon to use its worth spinning to get a good kit your comfortable using

Even with the quick kit only you can get 120 spare and also extra 90 ammo in 3 mag of 30 rounds.

But if you want more reliable guns i suggest to use the SVDS kit because it has T5 ammo or the AN94 because it has the marksman build so you can use it for long range.

ABMH: IMTV Armor Series, to which i think they're called Infantry Modular Tactical Vest. They're tier 5 armors that has 3 versions in AB: Standard - Offensive - Full Body Armor.
They're considered juggernaut-ish armor due to the amount of coverage these armor provides alongside the distinctive movement speed and ergonomic penalty. These Helka made armor are quite nice if you want a slow paced gameplay or an aggressive juggernaut frontline style.

ABMH: The M14 is a decent budget carbine that uses the potent 7,62x51mm round. They're cheap to buy, relatively affordable to modify them though the DMR M110 exists as a better gun if you want the same long range 7,62x51mm gun.

ABMH: Well.. Not much. T5 armor overall benefits are more protection against T4 armor while T4 armor can easily got penetrated by T4 ammo. Other benefits maybe higher gear value so you can get to easier gear minimum limit to enter forbidden mode I guess.

ABMH: In theory yes. But there's a possibility that some enemies wear T6 armor or fight in advantageous area that render your T5 ammo useless. So having T5 ammo doesn't mean everything will be easy anyway. Just ensure your chance of survival more in encounter with enemies.

You want to exfil but not sure if it's safe?
If you have stun grenades or K58s that you saved, you can utilize it before entering the extraction.

The stun grenades not only deafens the enemy and possibly blind them, they also reveal their location through a soundprint.

Knowing this, you can use the stun grenades to throw at every possible ratting spot.

If you have none, you can use lethals too. It will also possibly reveal their location if it lands too close to them.
But be aware, you might get caught off guard when they push as you did not know where they we're.

If you want to lower your chances of getting shot in the face, here's some tips.

First would be very basic, always wear a faceshield. An DK8 faceshield would be the best for T4.

Second would be leaning around corners.
Sometimes, your character would only show their forehead than their whole head while being able to shoot
You can also spam left right leaning, just like the founding cn players intended. To avoid headshots or face. Be mindful that this may backfire

The Tvs is an urban in-door map environment, so most combat engagements would be close combat.

Here's some tips in TVS

If you want to loot the center aisle of the TVS, you can take a gas mask from a bot and pull the switch in the center. Locking most doors.

Some blackgold bots use weapons like the M110 and M4.
In Fz, some use USAS-12s and all are loaded with tier4 ammo. They also mostly use T4 sets in new condition. In the white wolf area, there is a chance a bot will spawn with a T5 defender M4.
With this in mind, you can passively loot ammunition and weapons from the bots for profit.
