Green laser give the best hip fire stat without costing too much like BV laser. Since VSS has a good Hip-Fire stat, it should suffice. As for foregrip, it's either Alloy foregrip (which gives decent stats without costing too much) or tilt foregrip would work.

For normal mode you only need t3 armor
If you play lockdown you should use light weight T4 armor and T3 ammo or dumdum
But if you play Forbidden zone mode. Using armor is unnecessary since you get t4-t5 armor from bots there

ABMH , you need to keep a high profit over loss ratio, sell lots of stuff, and try not to spend too much koen. The goal is to increase your storage value, your koen will up along with it. Try to get out with more than your equipment value, if you extract with like 100k and you went in with only 50k, you made double the profit and next game is guaranteed to have no loss since the 100k pays for the loss. You should also go for key rooms to get profit, main Lockdown and sometimes go for Forbidden when you have trusted teammates. Avoid hoarding too many items like attachments or armor, convert things into koen for easy access (quick equip, saves space).
