Also marksman rifle firepower is worse than sniper so lower damage per shot

I have heard of this happening even when the teammate gives them permission to loot even after they were finished just to be toxic. Generally yes people run thermals in farm, all modes. Forbidden, lockdown, and normal. But they are most commonly found in lockdown or forbidden zones. Also regarding your question about the gear for thermal hunting, no that's not the only option for thermal hunt. It can be done in any gear, but the most recommended one is using any leg meta gun or ammo and cheap armor. Since people running thermal their face is not covered so you can 100% faceshot them. And if that's not an option, leg them or shoot any unarmored part of their body.

ABMH , imo it’s kinda too balanced. Most players either spend their equipment value on a good gun or good armor. If you have good gun, you can just kill whoever has good armor and wear it. If you have good armor you can just kill whoever has good gun and take it. It’s also better to wear SH12 rather than helmet and headset, better value and lot of players don’t have the equipment value to wear headset, hearing is very important

ABMH , price-wise on T5 AP is cheaper than M62, it also has more armor damage and penetration by a little. But M62 is still superior in base damage, even if it doesn’t penetrate, the blunt impact will do a lot of damage if you hit the chest or helmet. If you have fast guns like AEK, it could easily kill players using BP or AP, same with 7.62x51, the gun is good on base and penetration, M80 is actually somewhat cheaper than the rest of T4 ammo rn

ABMH some things just can't be helped but try to maintain situational awareness at all times. The best was to avoid getting ratted is to assume you're always being ratted, bait every corner and use stuns instead of over exposing if possible. As far as friendly nades just assume you are the target when you hear a pin pulled and move to cover
