Abmh your m4 probably has some attachments that have operational marker which doesn't allow for it to completely sell on the market. Check what has the marker and remove it so u can sell it whole

But even from tier 4+ it already deadly but not good at close range thought and limited effective range on 140 only

ABMH: use different mag with different ammo for different target if you dont want to waste expensive ammo. you can use 60 round mag with t3 ammo for bot, and 30 rnd mag filled with higher tier ammo for player.

Let me give a little opinion for Marksman Rifle. First. The Cheapest One, BM59: Good but really needs Patient, but can't spam tapping (my energy lost significantly). T88; Really Good, not that Expensive and can be spam tapping (for close range). Last, M16: Same as T88 but when Hip Fire, M16 Win, and of course with Sniper Bar it was deadly.

ABMH , AN94 and T951 (trade with contact for cheaper stock) are good guns if you’re looking for something not too expensive. You could probably get a fully built one with around 45k+, both have cheap scopes (PSPU and PSO for AN94, specific 3x for T951). The T4 ammo for AN94 is cheaper compared to other caliber at the moment, you can get faction T4 for the T951, it’s free and if you don’t have currency do some weekly missions.

You aren't defenseless against high tier opponents as well, as VSS have high ROF (Rate of Fire) with T3 decently high flesh damage will get your opponent down relatively quickly if you hit them in the unprotected parts. It is recommended to use SP6 (T4) or 7n9 (Semi-T5) on lockdown.

Abmh both of them have their own upsides and downsides. Cpw has a better ergo and it's a faction weapon so it's basically free. On the other hand p90 has a better fire rate and slightly better hipfire so I think if u can afford it p90 is a better option
