Hardened steel provides the best protection, unfortunately there is no T3 armor that uses this material. But you can use the Aluminum armor, it provides good protection (still worse than hardened steel) but is better than composite, titanium, aramid, ceramic or polythene. There is another material to this that is ceramic, it provides the same protection as aluminum but it also provides less debuff than Aluminium.

ABMH , they have added many new guns. SG550, MP5k, CPW, G3, M249, RPD, AK12, MCX. They also added farm forbidden and northridge forbidden. There’s a story mode, has 3 difficulties. Covert has been changed, you can spawn in normal lockdown maps but very rare (armory and tv are not normal maps). The rpk shield has been changed to non-faction. There’s a lot of new gun parts. They also changed the peeking mechanisms, if you peek your body will slightly slower, thus changing your aim to go below where it originally was.

ABMH , depends on your definition of quick but port is usually quick to play. 25 mins (use conditional extract if you scared of sewer rats but otherwise 20 mins). Loot port authority and the safes, if you encounter boss there guarantee already 350k+, 500k if the boss guards wear t5 but you can’t really take them since they are really big (take the leg armor instead, around 25k each). You could also loot the outskirts of the map from port hotel to apartments and use conditional extract (after 25 mins opens), vice versa if you spawn by apartments. It’s low risk and if you meet any players on your route just rat them since it’s port nobody cares.

ABMH , RPD is more of a mid range gun, but it works in CQC depending on the circumstance. I’ve been in a situation where I had an RPD and it actually saved me, 3 people were rushing me in a room from the balcony of A in hotel. I just blasted them one by one as they came to me and since RPD caliber is actually good unlike 556 which shoots water pellets, it’ll kill them pretty quick if you hit headshots, and since it only has 100 round mag you don’t have to worry about running out of bullets. Ergonomics was a big problem so I only hipfire and since I was really close even though hipfire was trash it didn’t matter since I was point blank.

This honestly boil down to experience, so I can't really give you much. But to have an easier time you can try to flank the enemy to get a bit closer. If you have found the enemy rough location, mark them and move until the range you are shooting him is within the effective range. ABMH the first thing to do to remove gear fear is to remove any attachment you have with said gear. you have to be okay with losing it in the first place and assume anything you bring in will be lost, to be comfortable with loss (in game at least) as losing is a natural thing in this game and losing good gear isn't the end of the world. Bot will usually only shoot at the arms and legs or chest. Due to bots limitation by the developers there will only be a really low chance for you to actually get hesdshot. Mostly the threat of getting headshot by bots is from Bosses and their guards as they have a higher accuracy and no mercy. Using a sniper would also lessen the threat of being headshotted by a bot due to the range.
