Going tv with full t6 is high risk, high rewards. Be careful what you are doing there, keep in mind that you're not invincible. Use grenades offensive and defensively, be adaptable, don't just rush blindly. And also try to get yourself into an advantageous position before or while you fight, it will greatly help you. You only need 1 or 2 spare mags as your spare bring one OPM bandage (4 use one to save more space), bring one or two food items/stamina Regen. I would argue that you don't need T6 using that FAL since it's very hard to control for new players unless you are skilled at combat. Bring a little bit more medical items, like medkit and stuff. As for sidearm it's unnecessary to bring it, it will slow you down even further. I would rather suggest you use T4 armor instead, if you're playing LD tv it should be enough to bring T4 set with that FAL. Or if you can afford to modify the FAL try changing the stock of it and the handguard for it.

Yes you can, however you have to compete with them for the extraction which is hard to do. You can wait in the other extraction (mine) while they extract on radar. However if they decide to extract mine while you wait at the same extraction you have to hold your ground inside the extraction zone. Or you can do the no backpack extract where you have to drop your bag, the extraction located on north west of the map.
