Hey so I might need some help with choosing the best armor for specific play styles. Like what's generally best to use in tactical situations, or aggressive situations for PVP

ABMH There is always a balance between protection and mobility. If you want full protection you will be heavy and slow to ads and if you want mobility you will be more vulnerable in more areas.

ABMH , if you don’t have the koen for the good stuff like T5/T6 or even T4 I suggest you start off with t3. You can get them easily from bots but assuming you play lockdown you can sometimes get t4 from Northridge bots. Somewhat common in places like Cable Car, Hotel, Sewage, etc. You can also get free gear playing covert, if you arent lacking skills you may eliminate players that have good stuff.

If you do have the koen, I recommend SEK (t4), 926 Composite (t5), and BT101 (t6) for best mobility and least ergonomic reduction. If you want best protection, recommend 6B23 (t4), Defender m4 (t5), 6B45 (t6), but you get the restriction of movement speed and less ergonomics. Generally any T5/T6 works well in combat if you play lockdown since they can take a few bullets more than T4. But “what’s the point of wearing armor when you don’t plan on getting shot at all”.

ABMH: farm environment are a mixture of immediate range engagement and close proximity indoors engagement. Recommendations taken amour that cover you chest. Lower abomment if you are playing both outdoors and indoors this kind of protection is the most balanced between mobility and protection and if you are playing indoors. Getting heavy amour is maybe a good choice if you need to "pass gate of fire". Amour that covers from top to down or amour that also had side insert plate for additional protection is a good choice but the downside are heavy debuff on mobility and ergonomic. Plus it also made you more a priority target to be killed in open space

ABMH , I don’t consider myself skilled but I can sometimes squad wipe higher geared players by just ratting regardless of armor . Take port for example, if you know the map well you can easily extract camp unsuspecting victims that are rich and heavy. You just gotta use a hard hitting gun with good bullets. The type of armor usually doesn’t matter if you can kill the players before they can kill you. Rats and snipers like wearing low gear because they can kill you before you can even react to shoot them. If you get camped by a rat you usually won’t be able to get a shot off them because you don’t even know they were there.

ABMH I suggest starting with it on ads only. Sensitivity low at first and then as you get use to it slowly increase sensitivity and turn on full gyro as you feel comfortable. ABMH , VSS for close range is the better option. Usually the best is around 70-80k price if you want to use it for mid range with controllable recoil but vss is usually best for its hipfire. Add a good laser and that thing shreds up close, just make sure you use good ammo. It’s fairly affordable for t4 so don’t be cheap and use t3 if you are playing lockdown or forbidden. If you have the ammo for AKM I would suggest use it, the faction 7N24 is a free t4 alternative to buying ammo. Although it’s a bit slow the ammo should make up for its fire rate.

Honestly, SRDS and the Red Dots like it are good. SRDS and M1 - M2 are similar enough I would use all of them. You just need to get used to the fact that the reticle is occasionally hard to see. Which might make Holographic better if you can't.

Issue is you might not correct your aim with Holographic in a split second because it looks like the reticle is on target when the center dot actually isn't.

ABMH , it’s basically the same as Motel Guest room since you have one normal safe and one electric safe. But there’s less spawns for reds in the room and you only get drawers and a document box. It there was forbidden for the Mines the price would drastically increase but since there’s only lockdown. It’s like using Motel Guest Room on lockdown. If you get a red you’ll make your money back. You have two safes and 10 uses. It all depends on your RNG.

ABMH: that is too much actually and if you got Killed in action (KIA). This can be a big loss to you but for cheaping out some stuff on your loadout first shall we?.

1. Use standards AR-15 type magazine or SCAR-L mags. Those 2 are sell by Thomas and they are quite cheap and the pros for the AR-15 type mags that is locally available as well but you need to find it.

2. Bring your main weapons only. And no need to had pistols as they usually don't had much use in generally when everything else. Excluding the long range out. Is covered by your H4 (HK-416).

3. Any high-value assets you had on you like ammunition or maybe high-end meds like painkillers should be put in a secure case if you lost those and buy yourself a DK6 and replace the red tablets painkiller with the 270s duration PK. Those can last for a while

4. Sell the gasmask away. Unless you are going into TV station. Gasmask only provided protection against flashbang and stun grenade but not against projectiles-based threat

5. Priority on ammunition. Medical supplies. Equipment. Weapons. Ration and drink can be found locally if you need those. As being KIA in a raid made those foods and water you buy completely useless. And bring backup ammunition, unless you are lucky enough to find a reliable local source of 5.56×45mm ammo
