ABMH , suggest you buy a SH12 helmet instead, it has better headset and is t3. The mp5 is good for close range but the SKS is pretty much useless with LP ammo, use PS or T45M. You should keep one mag in the SKS since you can reload the ammo right into the gun itself, so get rid of the two 35 round mags and replace it with a 926 first aid, you should always bring at least 400 durability of meds to heal.

Sometimes you can get super lucky enough for high-end amour and ammo. But speaking of ammo. Some ammunition on market can be expensive due to stat/demand/suppliers/inflation effects. And speaking of ammunition. A gun is needed so. If you found any high-end weapons or any one of those that you trade from contacts. You can resell it on market for a higher price and also checking out on attachments, some of which can be more expensive then a gun or had a good stat that can made you few hundred koen if you sell those on markets

And also on long term if you got yourself a stable financial condition. Consider use faction tagged advanced military first aid kit sell by kayla (CDIS) because those can work as bandages and a standard medkits as same time for half of the price
