ABMH , aim assist is a must for tracking, check if you have that on. If you want to practice, go to training ground and play the thing. You could also play faction war if you want to test on real players and bots, there’s plenty but you might die and lose stuff.

ABMH this is the pure damage that the ammo does on flesh and will be lowered/decrease as the enemy's armor gets higher in tier/you ammo fails to penetrate which is why you should look for ammo with not only good base damage but good penetration

ABMH as a build, yes it's good if you have money to spend and not on budget but a more powerful scope is reccomended if you are gonna go in a map that offers long range fights, as long as you know how to peek your angles properly then the M16 would be very useful however an expensive build like this is more fitting for an m4

ABMH Armor damage is dependent on the armor damage value of the bullet AND the material/tier of the armor. Some materials for armor take more durability damage when the bullet doesn't penetrate. Tier only matters on a small way, when the bullet does penetrate then the armor won't take as much damage (see from bullet stats)

ABMH: Pretty nice for a close to mid range one. But I suggest you change pistol grip to around 1k Koen one for better ergonomics and you can use the 1/4x scope for better view range and can switch to 1x ironsight.

It actually depends on your style if you wanna reload alot of times. 30rndrs are decent enough cuz its semi auto. Laser? It depends tho but it lessens your ergo so maybe a cheaper one would be better cuz your not gonna rush right? Holo is decent enough but dont expect to be getting kills from afar. And so are others.
