ABMH , there are different types of debuffs in the game. When you go past a certain weight your shown weight will be yellow when you check inventory. That means you’ll walk slower. If it’s red you will not be able to run, known as critical overload. If there’s a hearing symbol that means your hearing radius is decreased because you are wearing a sound-blocking helmet. It could also happen if you get hit by a stun grenade or flashbang. If you are fighting an enemy it is suggested to exhaust them with throwables before pushing and confronting them. Many players die before using them so use it because it can save your life.

ABMH : Your best bet would be switching to a weapon of different caliber. You can either go for 9mm and run dum dum for cheap runs, use stuff like groza, vss, p90, fal for fast ttk or stuff like ar57 or aek for more all rounder performance.

A1 being bad doesn't make 556 guns unusable but you will have to try to be the first one to shoot or you'll lose out on ttk

I think you cant, I have a friends that is having same issue, he reported his case to the custommer services, and they told him they couldnt cancel his 3 days ban because the "system detect if you use any cheats or use any other app that could see it as an external app for cheating" even though when he id alwayd banned because he opens a door or stay still in a corner for 10 seconds xd

He got already 3 days baned 6 times

The only solution I could tell you is to only have are breakout open when olaying it, close any other app before gettin in the game
