ABMH : Generally "Best" guns would be within AR/DMR/SR (Sniper rifle) classes.
However if you're looking for cheap guns. it would be within SMG/SG (Shotgun) classes.

But, if you really don't mind fighting in a close ranges. I'd suggest you to go for Vector 45 or MAC 10 (without modding) that's cheapest you can get or if you're looking for leg meta. Go for S12K or MP5

But if best within medium or long range and also cheap, AKM and AK74. (Or AK74U if you interests) Or perhaps Scar L could get the job done as well.

ABMH : You have to go over by the lobby after you selected both map and mode and then there will be a button name "quick kit" beside your map selection.

ABMH those are quick kits that has a pre-made kit that you can see what gear, ammo, heal and gun you'll be able to use before going in to a raid, you can also change the kits if you don't like the gun by paying koen

ABMH : Quick kits can only be obtain via certain "events" specifically. Like "Weekend login" but you have to be lucky enough.
