Solo is too hard to play, dont really recommend it unless you are going all in on key openning. People who do play solo is the one who already master everything from rotation route to pick off play, but some even go all in 1 push and 1v4 all of them

If I have to say Farm ain't one of them. you'll be encounter too much players who is going for Motel mainly.

Valley ... might be but, I gonna give it to the Northridge is easiest however snipers might causing you an headache. but their map layouts are simple yet routing are easily to avoiding another players.

ABMH there are many key rooms that are good but the best ones would be in Forbidden Zone since they have a higher chance at spawning red items. For Armory you can open either the First Floor Lounge or the Second Floor Lounge. For TVS I would recommend Post Production Room, Planning Room and Editing Room.
