ABMH the MP9 is best used as sidearm to accompany a primary such as a sniper. It's very effective as a short range weapon when loaded with dumdum rounds but the magazine capacity is limited so getting a squad wipe back to back is unlikely unless you can reload at least once and land your shots consecutively
