ABMH The PZ3 works really well on the H416, M110 and MK14. But if you have a little extra cash, I would recommend the normal T7 TI.

ABMH , an underrated gun to use with the PZ3 is the AN94. It’s low recoil and has good range. You can put it on two-fire mode so you can shoot two shots at once, paired with BS rounds it’s really good. You can also put it on the AEK. It’s basically like the H416 but it uses 7.62x39mm, not to mention the penetration and armor damage of the ammo is better than the H416. Remember to bring smokes, you can also get them from contact CDIS Kayla

ABMH , if you are confident they are noob, try to rat them. Since they are noob they probably will be scared after their teammate dies, try to change spots or leave sneakily. If they all rush you hold an angle and just aim at the head, if you are lucky and they all bunch up they might run into your line of fire, you can also grenade them. The good part is your teammate extracted meaning it’s probably safe to go the route they went and extract after them

ABMH the problem is that the thermal players can't get the best advantage of the thermals on the other maps, take northridge for example when you shoot 1 bullet of your h4, mk14 or etc you'll be targeted by t7 ammo users, also the map is usually open which makes you easier to see
