Stay behind cover and try to lob a grenade or two into the pack or funnel them through a doorway or hall where you can line up consecutive headshots quickly. Third 1 time extract which is only within the armory itself. so called boat extract.

ABMH Armory is a very hard map. To extract there are only 3 places and 2 of them are outside and 1 is inside bunker. Outside extracts are always camped. So before activating them i suggest going and checking them out.
And remember the levers are also camped as well. So bring 1 or 2 smokes because u will need them. If u are playing solo and don't have any other way to extract. Then go for the no bag evac. Remember surviving is important. u can stuff as much loot into your rig and evac atleast u would get something instead of nothing+ a lose.

ABMH : Fal all around is better in my opinion since its way cheaper and can fit a variety of playstyles for any person who is experienced. Its also much lighter and the ergo debuff isnt that big.

ABMH : Overall MK14 do have more firing power. along with specific attachments that giving better benefit for the gun itself.
Meanwhile Fal treated it like a puzzles that you need to find a sweet spot for it.
So it's just up to your consideration, but to me. I'd say MK14 if you aren't worries about your budget.

ABMH : Fal require heavy modding without suffering much of recoils (both V and H) and that meant by you must find the spot where you feel like Fal aren't too punishing for you. (Fal is cheaper but if you really want to fully kitted gun out without getting punishing by the gun itself.)

MK14 doesn't require most modding since they have their specific attachments but in the same time. it's their cost that what throw people off. but the most drawback possibly that MK14 don't have attachment to added up the ergo, so you'll kinda like heavy tank at that point. punch hard yet expensive.

ABMH, I would recommend 4x PSO. With how cheap the ammo is. You can basically shoot a lot of times when someone is about to rush you. Some players use 3.5x - 4x. But if you wanna be stealthy. Use 16x or 20x with silencer (silencer is expensive)
