ABMH, I've been doing this trick. If you wanna take down a thermal enemies. Stay behind cover and wait for them to get close. If they're close enough that's the time you kill them. Their weakness is close range. And be sure to use leg meta to take them out quickly

The only time I would shoot at the head or body, is if they don’t have a face shield or if you know what their armor is and that you can penetrate it. Aiming for the legs is a good idea.

So if one pellet lands on your uncovered head, you are dead
