ABMH , no, ammo such as 5.56 AP and M80 had high enough penetration to one shot T4 helmets. If the durability is low enough on a T5 it can even go through that.

ABMH Yes and no, sometimes T4 helmet would protect you from T4 ammo, while some times it won’t protect you from T4 ammo, it all depends at armor RNG (Random Number Generator)
