you're right about the locations being Gym Bags and drawers, but really if you want to find them faster you should consider playing maps that have more search opportunities for those specific containers

If you're playing Forbidden trying to find them, I'd personally recommend hunting down filing cabinets and drawers in TV Station for ease of access, and try to get into the Armory bunker for the Gym Bags as there's a room with three of them inside on the first floor, along with a few other spawns around the map for you to hit while traveling there
