just because a weapon has 100 accuracy does not mean it is 100% accurate, but rather it just has the highest accuracy bonus achievable in the game.

While accuracy does measure how accurate a weapon will be, it does not accurately display the percent of shots that will be dead center on where you're aiming, as bullet spread will still exist, just way less the closer you get to 100, and even at 100

you can think of it like this: if in a different game you were to level up your damage resistance stat to Level 100, the level may be super high but it doesn't completely get rid of all damage it just makes it so you take way less than you normally would

This may not apply to your situation as your character can still move around a little bit in that area, but if you go into your settings, there should be a button that says "Get Unstuck", and pressing it will teleport your character to the nearest available space outside of the area you are stuck in.
I've gotten stuck somewhere once in loot run and hitting the button helped me out, so next time something like this happens be sure to try that out

S11 is so bugged it's crazy. I lost 1.5 million and 650k in the Hecate impostor boss game mode because the mission didn't complete itself when all elite event bots died....

Look you can see the yellow circle where the bots should spawn and be marked with a red icon. But once I killed them all the stage didn't complete itself and no other bot spawned. I simply couldn't extract because the mission needs to end to trigger the extract points.

If you played this mode you would know that after roughly 1 minute and 30 seconds of activation, all event bots will be displayed with red icons on the minimap.
