For LD Valley gear, this is somewhat fine but there is room for improvements.
Swap the F70 for a KSS or KSS2 helmet, they'll be much better and might give you a chance to survive a headshot if it's from afar away or 25m away as long as it isnt a faceshot.
AEL can be used for Medium/Longer ranges so you could swap that SRDS for a 4x ACOG Scope or just stick with SRDS for CQC only, that's fine.
Idk what ammo you are using but i can see tier 3 bullets so i hope those 50rnders are loaded with 7,62x39mm BPs because T45M does not do well in terms of penetrating armor.
Change the headset from TacCom1 to M32: Medium hearing will help you better at gaining info about possible threats.
And get an endurance stim, the cheap one not expensive 15k one.
U also might wanna change your bag into something like old bag or medical field bag, they're affordable and provide more spaces/more tetris friendly.
