Those are experimental T11 Grenade Launcher that can only be found in raid from an Experimental Container. The gun has 3 40mm incendiary rounds that does explosion damage and burn damage upon impact to ur body or to the ground like a Molotov. It has 20 ergonomic so the ADS time is slow but it is extremely deadly so your best bet against someone with it is that you must kill them first or immediately disengage and try to bait their shot into missing so you can counterpush them.
Luckily this gun cannot be bought before the raid unlike other items such as experimental stims or drones or bioscanner.

If they outgear you with no bullet to pen them or they already know where you are and rushing you just run away there no point fighting in a fight you will lose.

I tried Recreating your scenario; shooting M2 at an IND 50H.
Out of every 30 shots, the helmet manages to withstand a shot 3 times, one of them managed to block 2 M2s in a row.
Usually the interaction between 12.7x99mm M2 vs IND50H is normal, the bullet penetrates the helmet with ease but in very rare occasions, they will be able to withstand a shot (would be considered extremely lucky if the helmet withstood 2 shots in a row). You were just unfortunately unlucky with that engagement there.

If you don’t have the ranked AR-57 skin equipped you are unable to use the attachments skins on the gun itself or on other weapons as I tried. I feel like this is idiotic and seems like they’re cheaping out on making the attachment skins not available on other weapons. We gotta get this change as we should be able to mix and match our weapons for attachments like this! I won’t rest until we have enough people to say this and bring attention and make AB place this common feature!
