PRS is a tier 1 ammo with the penetration stat of 11. You fired at his 6B5 Helmet, which is a tier 3 armor. His helmet naturally was able to block ur round from penetrating it.
For low tier bullets, you should've aimed for his unprotected parts such as legs or arms or the face if that's possible. It's not recommended to shot at armor with low tier bullet. Or use higher tier bullet to penetrate the armor with ease such as in your case, tier 3 5,45x39mm PP or tier 4 5,45x39mm BP.

Your ergonomics and recoil stat is mediocre while the cost of that gun build is rather pricey for a budget gun.

How to complete Nightshade Reputation System

1. Do your weekly missions and Horizon Special mini missions, they will reward you some reputations.
2. Spam Wanderer of The Old World Normal Covert Ops. It's 7k per run, pick a kit that has resellable armor such as the KN Defender at the moment. Price fluctuates to check from time to time. Try to find kit that also has Blue 3/3 Painkillers because they also sell for 7k each. You'll get 40 reputations per successful extraction so spam this mode until you reach 1600 reputations.
3. Once you've reached 1600 reputation, spam Lockdown Clean up crew. Pick between Balanced AK102 or AEK kit or Suppression M16 with A1s. Kill and then extract. You'll be rewarded with 120 reputations per successful extraction. You might be lucky and get good loots from hunting other covert ops, runners, clean up crews or players. Stay vigilant and you'll come out on top.

Idk Abt you guys but this weapon set up has the rarest spawn change in a bots hands like fully normal AK-74 with the original muzzle brake, this is what should be spawning at common as basically all ak-74's come in pre fixed with these attachments by standard but the game just gives half used or second hand from a illegal arms dealer with missing attachments of the original rifle itself
