For supplies use military quick medkit (the black one with 120 health) its most practical and cheap choice (bring at least 2) as for painkillers, bring 2-3 liquid painkillers, they last long and don’t consume much thirst and hunger, and for surgical kits, bring either a 2 uses faction s kit or 2 simple surgical kits, and for food its up to you.

Ditch that helmet, it makes you deaf so you'll be less situationally aware of your surroundings like creeping/approaching enemies. Go with a GS2 Headset. And maybe a tier 3/4 helmet if you really want something to cover your head.
Since those are .t5 FMJ rounds
You really dont need more than a magazine since you either kill them or you die doing so
Do. Just get 1 spare bag in ur rig, the ammo can go into ur safe so incase of the worst happening, u still can save up on bullet cost.
Consumables wise:
Get a 300/300 Medkit pack and the faction 300/300 medkit pack, stabdard surg kit is fine, put it in ur bag though having 2 2/2 faction surg kit is better since they dont reduce ur total hp after fixing.
Get 4-6 liquid painkillers, if one of ur limbs are broken and u aren't sedated, that'll hinder ur ability to aim normally and loot or broken legs so u can't run.
Maybe get some smoke grenades too to cover urself while looting or to retreat.
Additionally: If u want to go the extra mile then buy an endurance stim from Lyle. And have 1-2 taurine or nom nom or energy bar to refill ur energy so u can run for longer before exhausting ur stamina.
