It's very good, I won't judge in more depth since I don't know how long you've had the Fal, but I'll give you some advice.

1.- Practice first with a Fal stock, feel it, observe it, learn its pattern
2.- Afterwards... once you have learned the pattern, do not lower the sight so abruptly, as the recoil control can be damaged.
3. Practice with different types of Fal, especially using the one you will actually use on the battlefield.
4.- Don't give up, with time and patience you will become a master at controlling the Fal
5.- try practicing with this, It will help you a lot
6.- Finally, try to move as you see in the video.
